For new product launches, the R&amp;D team can extract specific yeast strains and proceed to testings, which can include characterisation of the strains.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fermentis can also source micro-organisms from external banks.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\n\t<div id=\"gap-1756621556\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block; yeast strains, Fermentis can generate new biodiversity, and give birth to new &#8216;daughter&#8217; yeast strains which generally share some of the characteristics of the mother strains.<\/p>\n<p>By experimenting with hybridisation, Fermentis has launched many successful new yeast strains.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\n\t<div id=\"gap-499077418\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block;
