{"id":722181,"date":"2026-04-30T17:00:03","date_gmt":"2026-04-30T15:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fermentis.com\/?p=722181"},"modified":"2026-04-29T22:10:40","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T20:10:40","slug":"france-biere-challenge-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fermentis.com\/en\/news\/uncategorized\/france-biere-challenge-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Celebrating Brewing Excellence: Fermentis Hosts the 2026 France Bi\u00e8re Challenge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This April, Fermentis had the pleasure of hosting the 2026<a href=\"https:\/\/francebierechallenge.fr\/\"> France Bi\u00e8re Challenge<\/a> &#8211; an event that shines a spotlight on the innovation and variety of French craft brewing.<\/p>\n<div>Held on April 8th and 9th at our Fermentis campus, the event brought together brewers, judges, and beer lovers from every corner of France to use their passion and expertise to score around 450 beer entries.<\/div>\n<p>Over two days, expert judges sampled a wide range of beers, evaluating each entry for quality, creativity, and the craftsmanship that defines the brewing industry.<\/p>\n<p>Following the competition, judges toured the Fermentis Academy pilot brewery and laboratories &#8211; a state-of-the-art hub for applied science, research, and brewing innovation.<\/p>\n<p>The France Bi\u00e8re Challenge is more than a competition.
