They are necessary to ensure the resistance to ethanol of the membrane and its permeability to carbohydrates.<\/p>\n<h4>Vitamins supply<\/h4>\n<p>SpringFerm\u2122 naturally contains up to 600 mg\/kg of Thiamine. A sufficient dose to cover the yeasts\u2019 needs and avoid the production of high levels of SO<sub>2<\/sub> and acetic acid. Additionally,\u00a0SpringFerm\u2122\u00a0is rich in folic acid, calcium pantothenate and niacin.<\/p>\n<h4>Support effect<\/h4>\n<p>The insoluble part of\u00a0SpringFerm\u2122\u00a0plays a supporting role in case of too much clarified musts. Turbidity increases without facing organoleptic deviations caused by heavy lees.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"tab_trial\" class=\"panel entry-content\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"tab-trial\">\n<h4><strong>Carignan must 2012, 12.8% v\/v, initial YAN: 102ppm, free\/total SO<sub>2<\/sub>: 36\/70ppm<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><em>At yeast inoculation: DAP 24g\/hl (blue) or DAP 24g\/hl + SpringFerm 20g\/hl (red)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>At 1,055: DAP 24g\/hl (blue) or DAP 24g\/hl + SpringFerm 20g\/hl (red)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>SpringFerm<\/strong><strong>\u2122<\/strong>\u00a0supply in comparison to \u201cDAP only\u201d allowed securing the fermentation in difficult conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"tab_dosage-&amp;-usage\" class=\"panel entry-content\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"tab-dosage-&amp;-usage\">\n<h4>Dosage<\/h4>\n<p><em><b>20g\/hl of SpringFerm\u2122 for an equivalent supply of 10 ppm of Yeast Available Nitrogen<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p>It is recommended to calculate the optimum amount of nitrogen to be added during the fermentation depending on the yeast chosen and the quantity of available nitrogen in the must.
