con Saf\u0152no\u2122 VR 44, realizamos ensayos en una serie de condiciones diferentes, cambiando la temperatura, los diferentes medios y la agitaci\u00f3n.<br data-source=\"\n\n\" \/>Todos los resultados fueron muy positivos; hubo diferencias significativas en la viabilidad celular teniendo en cuenta la precisi\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo (+\/- 1%), pero nunca superiores al 8% entre ambos productos en las mismas condiciones (3% en promedio) y todas las viabilidades se mantuvieron altas: entre el 80 y el 90%. La versi\u00f3n org\u00e1nica tambi\u00e9n es robusta.<br data-source=\"\n\"><br data-source=\"\n\"><\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-1720154231\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1675846191\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner text-center\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<br data-source=\"\n\"><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-size: 150%\">Resultados de las cin\u00e9ticas de fermentaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><br data-source=\"\n\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Cuando comparamos la cin\u00e9tica de fermentaci\u00f3n a 15 \u00b0C en el medio sint\u00e9tico OIV (230 g\/l de az\u00facares &#8211; 13,5% v\/v de alcohol potencial, NFA (nitr\u00f3geno f\u00e1cilmente asimilable para la levadura) ajustado a 185 mg\/l, <sub>SO2<\/sub> total inicial a 50 mg\/l), observamos una clara diferencia en la velocidad de fermentaci\u00f3n y en la din\u00e1mica general de la fermentaci\u00f3n. Esto confirma plenamente su vida \u00fatil de al menos 2 a\u00f1os.<\/span><br
