The brix to alcohol conversion is very important to me and I\u2019m glad it was consistent with other products I use.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Sensory &#8211; this is the most important aspect of wine, is it not? Let\u2019s talk a bit about the meaning of this status &#8211; which seems like it was taken straight from a thriller movie!<\/p>\n<p>Certain yeast strains can effectively produce and excrete proteins that are toxic for other strains.
