Ce poste englobe un large \u00e9ventail de t\u00e2ches, allant de la collaboration avec l&#039;\u00e9quipe R&amp;D sur les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et les sp\u00e9cifications des nouveaux produits \u00e0 la fourniture d&#039;un service client sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 et \u00e0 la mise \u00e0 jour des certifications. Je travaille \u00e9galement, au quotidien, en \u00e9troite collaboration avec nos sites de production pour les accompagner dans les audits ou pour examiner les r\u00e9sultats des contr\u00f4les qualit\u00e9.<\/div>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Parlez-nous de votre implication dans le projet Superior Yeast. <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ma mission dans ce projet \u00e9tait d&#039;aider l&#039;\u00e9quipe \u00e0 valider les nouveaux standards de qualit\u00e9. Ensemble, nous avons travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition d&#039;un vaste plan d&#039;\u00e9chantillonnage et d&#039;un plan de contr\u00f4le renforc\u00e9. Nous avons veill\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que les m\u00e9thodes que nous utilisons soient suffisamment pr\u00e9cises et sensibles pour d\u00e9tecter des niveaux de contamination extr\u00eamement faibles, que nous atteignons actuellement.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c0 quoi peuvent s&#039;attendre les brasseurs avec nos levures de bi\u00e8re \u00ab am\u00e9lior\u00e9es \u00bb?<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><\/h3>\n<div>Comme vous le savez, la fermentation et surtout l&#039;ensemencement constituent des \u00e9tapes d\u00e9cisives du processus de brassage. Le levurage du mo\u00fbt soul\u00e8ve toujours des inqui\u00e9tudes quant \u00e0 une \u00e9ventuelle contamination. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre qualit\u00e9 microbiologique am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, nous pouvons rassurer les brasseurs : les levures de bi\u00e8re s\u00e8ches actives Fermentis ne pr\u00e9sentent aucun risque pour la fermentation.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Et nous n&#039;avons pas seulement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la qualit\u00e9 interne de notre produit. Nous avons \u00e9galement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 notre emballage et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un nouvel outil pour aider les brasseurs \u00e0 ensemencer nos levures. L&#039;outil de perforation Percy\u2122, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour nos sachets de 500 g et 2,5 kg, permet aux brasseurs d&#039;ensemencer notre levure proprement, en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et facilement.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Que signifie la qualit\u00e9 pour vous chez Fermentis\u00a0? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<div>La qualit\u00e9 chez Fermentis rev\u00eat de multiples dimensions. Nous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficions de plus de 150 ans d&#039;expertise dans la fabrication de levure, gr\u00e2ce au Groupe Lesaffre. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du processus, lors du choix des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, nous appliquons de rigoureuses exigences qualitatives.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Nous mettons ensuite en \u0153uvre des contr\u00f4les stricts \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de la production.
