Elle donne une mousse ferme et pr\u00e9sente une excellente capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 rester en suspension pendant la fermentation. Cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 est id\u00e9ale pour cr\u00e9er des bi\u00e8res am\u00e9ricaines rafra\u00eechissantes et franches, ainsi que des bi\u00e8res fortement houblonn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Id\u00e9ale pour les Ales en style anglais ou am\u00e9ricain, <a href=\"SafAle\u2122%20S-04\">SafAle\u2122 S-04<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e pour son profil fermentaire rapide. Cette levure de brassage produit des notes fruit\u00e9es et florales \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es et convient parfaitement aux bi\u00e8res referment\u00e9es en f\u00fbt et ferment\u00e9es en cuve cylindro-conique. SafLager\u2122 W-34\/70 est une levure forte et robuste qui permet aux brasseurs de fabriquer des bi\u00e8res neutres avec un bon \u00e9quilibre entre ar\u00f4mes floraux et fruit\u00e9s.
