Son orientation vers les esters \u00e9thyliques fruit\u00e9s apporte de la complexit\u00e9 au vin tandis que sa g\u00e9n\u00e9ration non n\u00e9gligeable d&#039;ac\u00e9tate d&#039;isoamyle peut contribuer \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer certaines notes v\u00e9g\u00e9tales parfois inh\u00e9rentes aux raisins non m\u00fbrs. Bien que la consommation d&#039;acide malique et l&#039;apport de douceur ne soient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas souhait\u00e9s pour ces bases, Saf\u0152no\u2122 PR 106 a montr\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re int\u00e9ressante une sensation en bouche agr\u00e9able et fra\u00eeche soutenue par une acidit\u00e9 agr\u00e9able et une persistance en bouche et a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9 localement assez positivement en ce qui concerne les bases de vins pour Prosecco faits \u00e0 partir de raisins de vari\u00e9t\u00e9 Glera.<\/p>\n<p><b>Pour les blancs floraux et fruit\u00e9s, notamment terp\u00e9niques<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Saf\u0152no\u2122 PR 106 favorise particuli\u00e8rement la lib\u00e9ration de terp\u00e8nes et convient donc aux vari\u00e9t\u00e9s terp\u00e9niques fra\u00eeches et florales comme le Muscat.
