formale che il lievito prodotto si avvicinasse alla nostra gamma standard.<br data-source=\"\n\n\">Le differenze nel modo in cui produciamo il nostro lievito possono sempre influenzare le prestazioni del prodotto, quindi per assicurarci che il nostro lievito Saf\u0152no\u2122 VR 44 BIO abbia le stesse elevate prestazioni che ci si aspetta dai prodotti Fermentis, abbiamo condotto test di comparazione approfonditi tra il VR 44 convenzionale e quello biologico.<br data-source=\"\n\n\"><strong>Come abbiamo comparato i due prodotti?<\/strong><br data-source=\"\n\n\">Uno dei criteri pi\u00f9 importanti da misurare \u00e8 ovviamente la vitalit\u00e0 cellulare: la vitalit\u00e0 del lievito prodotto attraverso un processo certificato biologico \u00e8 la stessa del nostro prodotto convenzionale?<br data-source=\"\n\n\">Abbiamo anche eseguito il nostro test standard di invecchiamento accelerato con lievito per assicurarci che, nel tempo, la versione biologica invecchiasse in modo simile al prodotto standard.<br data-source=\"\n\n\">Infine, abbiamo controllato la cinetica del lievito e confrontato i due prodotti per verificare l&#039;andamento della fermentazione.<br Saf\u0152no\u2122 VR 44, abbiamo condotto prove in una serie di condizioni diverse, cambiando la temperatura, i mezzi e l&#8217;agitazione.<\/p>\n<p>Tutti i risultati sono stati molto positivi, ci sono state differenze significative nella vitalit\u00e0 cellulare considerando l&#8217;accuratezza del metodo (+\/- 1%) ma mai superiori all&#8217;8% tra i due prodotti nelle stesse condizioni (3% in media) e tutte le vitalit\u00e0 sono rimaste elevate: tra l&#8217;80 e il 90%.
