Malting &amp; Brewing Science.<\/p>\n<p>Philippe ha acquisito una lunga esperienza di circa 30 anni nell&#039;industria brassicola;<\/p>\n<p>prima come birraio in Africa e in Belgio, dove ha gestito l&#039;impianto pilota di ABInBev per la maggior parte della sua carriera,<\/p>\n<p>poi come ingegnere brevetti per ABInBev e come consulente, infine come responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale nell&#039;industria del luppolo, nell&#039;organizzazione Yakima Chief-Hopunion per circa 7 anni.<\/p>\n<p>Dal 2016, Philippe lavora nel team di Fermentis, una business unit del gruppo Lesaffre, come
