It is the obvious choice for fermentation of beers such as Barley Wines, Imperial Porter or Stout, Scotch Ale, Imperial IPA…
Its main qualities? SafAle™ HA-18 is able to reach 18% v/v, depending on the process and the substrate with a very good resistance to the osmotic pressure and high fermentation temperatures (thermo tolerant yeast).
You can use it by direct inoculation or with prior rehydration.

His name is Patrick Almazy Zanello. He is responsible for the management of Fermentis’ current accounts in Brazil…

Patrick Almazy Zanello is responsible for the management of Fermentis’ current accounts in Brazil, new business opportunities and development of sales in the segment of the alcoholic beverages in his territory.

He is graduated in Biology from the University of São Paulo, with a final thesis in Genetics, Evolution and Molecular Biology. After his studies he got specialized in brewing thanks to several famous courses, and was certified as an International Judge by the BJCP (Beer Judge Certification Program).

Since 2012, he occupied different positions in breweries as Brew master and Operational Manager, in Brazil and in the USA.

His arrival means more comfort and mutual comprehension for our clients and distributors in Latin America. We hope you’ll be happy to meet him (email)

We arrived there in force and on a very nice stand of 64m2. From September 11 to 15, hundreds of visitors joined us from 54 different nationalities. Together we enjoyed new creations, from Australia or South Africa. We conducted several tastings. We talked about flavors, innovation and business. We were 29 to relay on the stand to defend Fermentis products. It was dense, demanding, but also sympathetic and stimulating. The exhibitions, we told you, we like it, because it’s also where we find you.
