On the contrary, the User may be required to compensate Lesaffre International and\/or one or more of the Lesaffre Group for any costs, expenses or damages in the event of any or all of them being challenged by another User and\/or by a third party for an act attributable to the User.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"clause\">\n<p><span class=\"bold\">4.3<\/span> The Site is provided as is.
