BrauBeviale has been an incredible week! Our team came from all over the world to welcome the 40,000 trade visitors who made it to the exhibition . The program was dense this year!
Philippe Janssens, our Technical Manager Brewer, opened the show by giving a speech about the application of active dry yeast in craft brewery.
Then it was Gabriela Montandon’s turn to jump on stage. Every day on the afternoon our Technical Sensory Analysis expert led tasting sessions, talking about flavors and sensory profiles.
Also, Tuesday and Wednesday evening, the whole Fermentis team invited you to our stand parties to discuss innovation and business around some beers and hors d’oeuvre.
For the lucky ones who had the chance to come, you might have noticed our app (for iOS and Android) on our GIGANTIC iPhone who was one of the ‘must-see’ at Brau.
