Over three days, brewers, industry professionals, and beer lovers gathered at our booth to explore innovative yeast solutions, exchange insights with our experts, and participate in Fermentis Academy presentations.
A major event highlight was the launch of our new product, SafLager™ SH-45, in collaboration with our partner and distributor, Mr. Malt.
This advanced yeast strain enables brewers to harness the full aromatic potential of their hops, resulting in lager beers that burst with tropical fruit and citrus notes.
SafLager™ SH-45 stands out for its ability to enhance the aromatic compounds from raw materials, particularly hops. By unlocking the power of thiols, this innovative yeast strain allows brewers to craft lagers that beautifully showcase the vibrant flavors and fragrances of their hop selections. Another highlight of the event was the stand party, where participants could taste a refreshing American Lager brewed by Birrificio Amerino with the new SafLager™ SH-45.
