As Fermentis says goodbye to 2023, we reflect on an exciting year filled with new partnerships, innovative breakthroughs, and exciting new products. This year marked a significant milestone for us as it was our 20th anniversary. In the closing months of 2023, we released several products that broke new ground in the industry. These included innovative and ground-breaking products for wheat beers and two amazing mixes for the production of sour, mixed-fermentation beers, especially for barrel aging. In the wine world, we released a new option for sparkling wines, as well as a great yeast strain for fruity, velvety reds. Meanwhile, in the rich spirits segment, we made one major breakthrough with the release of our very first Tips and Tricks Spirits, our reference documentation regarding the spirits range, based on substrate type.

With a new year comes the promise of even more incredible opportunities, and at Fermentis, we’re ready to take on 2024 with the same passion and enthusiasm that we’ve become known for. Our team recently gathered at the Fermentis Campus to prepare for the year ahead. With over 30 nationalities represented, our diversity has never been stronger. We all share one goal: to help brewers, winemakers, and distillers around the world create the best-fermented drinks possible.

2024 is going to be an exciting year filled with news and updates from our team. We’re committed to pushing the world of fermentation forward and continuing to make a difference in the industry.
