The end of the year is fast approaching, and things are as busy as ever for our teams. Next week is one of the busiest weeks of the calendar for Fermentis, with two major international trade shows taking place at the same time in Europe.

On Tuesday, November 28th, we travel to Nuremberg in southern Germany for Brau Beviale, one of the largest brewing trade shows in the world. We’ll be displaying all of our latest innovations on a large-scale booth, with plenty going on during the 3 days.

Never in the history of Fermentis have we released as many new ground-breaking products in such a short time span. Our impressive range just got even more comprehensive, with the addition of 2 wheat beer strains, 2 amazing sour beer mixes and a new lager strain released specifically at Brau.

Very exciting times on the beer front! But if you are into winemaking, there’s also an event for you!

Travel 800km southeast and you could be attending Sitevi in Montpellier. Sitevi is one of the largest wine trade shows in the world and Fermentis has been attending regularly for many years now.

There have been plenty of exciting launches in our wine portfolio, so it’s definitely worth visiting our booth. Wine tastings and presentations are also on the cards.

More than even, we’ve been working hard on developing not only products, but complete solutions for the needs of all beverage makers. We recently released our very first BrewHacks, a digital flipbook with all the information you might need to make interesting no and low-alcohol beers.

More content will follow in the next months as we strive to reach our vision: to become the obvious choice for beverage fermentation.

A busy week coming up for Fermentis
