What is a Fermentis Academy event?
At Fermentis we want to provide the very best information about our products and how to use them. Therefore, we created the Fermentis Academy program with two objectives:
1. Learning more about our products thanks to applied research.
Our Fermentis Academy team carries out applied research programs, looking into the characterisation of our yeast range or into new applications, and studying the latest trends in beverage making.
Sensory analysis is managed by several trained panels as well as an expert panel, in order to investigate the impact of yeast on taste and flavor of beverages.
2. Share and educate around the world
At Fermentis, we want to share all our key learnings, to provide the most accurate and up to date information to the beverage makers of the world. To achieve this, we organize regular events, at the Fermentis Campus, locally throughout the world and remotely thanks to webinars
