Fermentis at Beer & Food Attraction in Italy

Fermentis was exhibiting at Beer & Food Attraction event in Rimini, Italy, from February 15th to 18th.

The 6th edition of this major international trade show has now ended and we can definitely say it was a success, as it has been in the past years!

Many visitors came to visit Fermentis, and we really enjoyed seeing you and answering your questions.

A huge thank you to our local partner Mr. Malt who hosted us on their booth.

These were four great and intense days during which we learned a lot from passionate brewers and experts from the craft brew world. Mr. Roberto Pavesi, our Southern Europe Regional Sales Manager, gave a lecture about one of our new product references – SafSour™ LP 652 – as well as some NEIPA solutions.

SafSour™ LP 652 is a bacteria you can use to produce sour beers, by creating a kettle sour in between lautering and boiling.

Lots of learning but it was also the occasion to enjoy some good moments with each and everyone of you during the beer degustations as well as during the closure party on last Monday night.
