As part of our Homebrew Con hospitality Suite we will have John Palmer give a key note speech on the "History of American Adjunct Lager showcasing SafLager™ W 34/70".
Join us on this journey through American Lager History!
The topic describes the origins of American Adjunct Lager in the mid 1800’s in Germany, and how it came to the US and became our most popular style by 1890, some 20 years before Prohibition. There were American brewing innovations that made it the most copied beer and brewing technique in the world, Pilsner notwithstanding.
In addition, we will explain why SafLager™ W 34/70 is a perfect strain for lager creation.
