The 2022 Enoforum Trade Fair edition will take place in Zaragoza.

Our Technical Manager, œnologist, Arnaud Delaherche, will have a lecture at 4.30PM CET on "Winemaking advantages through the selection of a functional aromatic yeast, its E2U™ production and the importance of its inoculation mode followed by flow cytometry."
We'll also organise a tasting session at 1PM CET
